Thank you for supporting Be Deeply Rooted Co.! We are a small, family-run business, and each physical Bible study journal is printed, assembled, and packaged with care.

All Sales Are Final

All physical product sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, accidental purchases, or items ordered during preorder windows.

Please review product descriptions, ordering dates, and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at hello@bedeeplyrootedco.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund, when applicable.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, digital Bible study journals, printables, and other downloadable resources are nonrefundable once purchased, except where required by law.

Order Cancellations

Because our physical products are often made to order, cancellation requests must be submitted before the applicable preorder window closes. We cannot guarantee cancellations once printing or order preparation has begun.
